Watch football in Marrakech: giant LED screen behind the stage at Matrix Lounge

Want to watch football in Marrakech without missing the big game on holiday? At Matrix Lounge, the big matches are shown on giant screens, with a real restaurant, a full bar and a great atmosphere around you. After the final whistle, the night simply continues with live music and DJs until 2 am.

Here is everything you need to know to watch football in Marrakech at Matrix.

Watch football in Marrakech on giant screens

Watching a match abroad is often a compromise: a small screen in a noisy café, or a hotel room. Matrix offers something different. The big matches are shown on giant screens, in a restaurant and lounge “between fine dining and private club”, so you can follow the game in comfort, with dinner and drinks served at your table.

Matrix is open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 4 pm to 2 am, so evening kick-offs fit easily into your night.

Which matches are shown?

Matrix shows the big matches on its giant screens. If there is a specific game you want to watch, the simplest is to ask us before you come: mention the match in your booking message, or send us a message on WhatsApp, and we will confirm by reply. You can also check our events page for special nights at Matrix, so you can combine a match with a show night when the dates line up.

Book your table for match night

Big match nights can be busy, so it is best to plan ahead. A few tips:

  • Book ahead, especially for important games and weekend matches.
  • Choose “Match night” as the occasion in the booking form, so we know why you are coming.
  • Tell us how many people are joining you, especially for groups.
  • Arrive before kick-off to settle in and order in peace.

To reserve, book your table: fill in your name, phone, date, time and number of guests. Your request opens directly in WhatsApp, ready to send, and we confirm by reply. You can also call +212 702 515 431.

Mocktails at 90 DH, soft drinks from 50 DH, fresh juices, Red Bull and Moroccan tea.

Food

The cuisine is inspired by Morocco and the world and made for sharing, which is ideal during a match. Everything is on our menu, with prices in dirhams.

Coming with a group

A match is more fun with friends. If you are coming as a group, say so when you book and tell us the number of guests, so we can prepare the right table. For a group, a beer pack or a bottle of spirits is often the easiest way to share. Bottles start at 1,000 DH for Absolut vodka, and the menu includes whisky, tequila, rum, gin and cognac.

After the final whistle

No need to leave when the match ends. The Matrix Show’s programme runs every night with Moira Fireshow, Tamtam, Arnaud Sax, DJ Samoo and Ymood, so the evening continues with live music, shows and DJs until 2 am. Win or lose, the night is not over.
