Matrix is a restaurant and lounge “between fine dining and private club”. The bar is at the heart of the evening: you can start with a cocktail before dinner, enjoy the live saxophone during your meal and stay for the resident DJs until 2 am. Every night, the Matrix Show’s programme brings together Moira Fireshow, Tamtam, Arnaud Sax, DJ Samoo and Ymood.

1. Matrix Rosemary
The cocktail that carries the house name: rosemary-infused gin, fresh lemon, cane syrup and sparkling water. Herbal, fresh and light, it is a perfect way to start the evening.
2. Red Energy
For fruity, vibrant flavours: vodka, raspberry purée, cane syrup and pineapple juice.
3. Mia Margarita
A tropical take on the Margarita: tequila, passion fruit juice, fresh lemon and sugar syrup. The passion fruit softens the citrus and adds an exotic note.
4. Tropical Dream
Rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, lemon and orgeat syrup, for a colourful, holiday-style cocktail.
5. Jack Sesame
Whiskey, lemon juice, honey and egg white, for a silky texture.
6. Green Fresh
Gin, fresh basil, lemon, pineapple juice and sugar syrup: green, fresh and aromatic.
7. Matrix Ruby Blossom
