Matrix is a restaurant and lounge “between fine dining and private club”. Shisha is part of the experience: you can order one after dinner and enjoy it at your table while the evening builds.
What makes the difference is the atmosphere around you. Every night, the Matrix Show’s programme brings together Moira Fireshow, Tamtam, Arnaud Sax, DJ Samoo and Ymood. So your shisha comes with live saxophone, fire performances in the middle of the room, tamtam drums and resident DJs until closing.

How to choose your flavour
- First time? Start with a classic from the Soft Normal range, like Mint or Apple Mint.
- Like it fruity? Try Strawberry Banana or Watermelon.
- Want something different? The Soft Special range includes Cinnamon, Dragon and Dubai.
- Fresh and cool? Sweet Mint or Blue Mist.

What to drink with your shisha
A fresh drink goes perfectly with a shisha. Some ideas from the menu:
- Signature cocktails (130 DH): the Matrix Rosemary (rosemary-infused gin, fresh lemon, cane syrup, sparkling water) or the Green Fresh (gin, fresh basil, lemon, pineapple juice, sugar syrup).
- Classic cocktails (100 DH): Mojito, Aperol Spritz or Moscow Mule.
- Mocktails (90 DH): Pink Lychee, Blue Lavender or Golden Passion for an alcohol-free option.

Matrix also shows the big football matches on giant screens. A match night is a good moment for a shisha with friends: choose “Match night” as the occasion when you book, and tell us the number of guests so we can prepare the right table.
About Adalya
The Soft Adalya range uses blends from Adalya, a well-known shisha tobacco brand from Turkey, famous for its fruity and fresh flavours. At Matrix, the Adalya range includes Strawberry Banana, Hawaii, Lady Killer, Love 66 and Meamore.
Shisha with friends
A shisha is made to share. If you are coming with friends, mention the number of guests when you book so we can prepare the right table. For a group, you can combine a few shishas with a beer pack of 10 (from 450 DH) or a bottle from the spirits list.
The atmosphere through the evening
Shisha at Matrix comes with the full evening. Earlier, the live saxophone sets a calm, elegant mood. Later, live singing, tamtam drums and the fire show bring more energy, and the resident DJs keep the party going until 2 am.
